Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be suspended and all balances — including any winnings — may be voided.
You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on w567, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and email address. Providing false information to circumvent age verification or identity checks is a material breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure without return of funds.
w567 may request identity verification documents at any time, and will always require verification before processing a withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a national identity card (CNIC), passport or valid driving licence for identity, and a utility bill, bank statement or other official document for proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Accounts may only be registered by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. w567 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. Where a player is subsequently found to be underage, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method and all bets placed will be voided.
Your w567 account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — are your sole responsibility. You must not share them with any other person under any circumstances. w567 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or phone.

w567 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 500.
Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your w567 balance in real time or within a few minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two banking hours. Visa/Mastercard deposits are processed within minutes subject to your issuing bank's authorisation timeline. w567 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
You are required to deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or allowing a third party to deposit into your w567 account, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure. If a deposit is made from a payment method not registered to the account holder, w567 may request additional verification before the funds are credited or before any withdrawal is processed.
All transactions on w567 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by w567. What you deposit in PKR is what appears in your w567 balance, and what is displayed in your balance is what you withdraw — with no exchange rate adjustment between deposit and withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are submitted through the cashier section of your w567 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. w567 targets withdrawal processing times of under five minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash, and within one banking day for IBFT transfers.
All withdrawals require that your account passes w567's KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete. The KYC process requires submission of identity and address documents as described in Section 3.3. There is no limit on how long verification documents take to submit, but withdrawal processing will not commence until the review is concluded.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. They must be converted to real cash by meeting the wagering requirement associated with the relevant promotion. Once the wagering requirement is fully met, the bonus-derived cash balance becomes withdrawable in the normal course. The original deposit used to trigger a bonus is always withdrawable without meeting any wagering requirement, though withdrawing the original deposit before completing wagering will forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
w567 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawals above Rs 100,000. These checks are standard procedure and do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
All promotions offered by w567 are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms of each individual promotion. Specific terms — including minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry date — are published on each promotion's page on w567. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Welcome bonuses on w567 are available to newly registered players only, on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts are treated as a violation of the one-account rule and will result in account closure.
Bonus funds issued by w567 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before those funds or any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is specified on each promotion page. Sports betting bonuses typically carry a 5x wagering requirement. Casino bonuses typically carry a 25x wagering requirement. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all wagering must be completed within the bonus validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
w567 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing bets designed to minimise wagering risk in ways that constitute arbitrage, using bots or automated software to meet wagering requirements, and any other behaviour that exploits promotional structures in ways contrary to their intended purpose.
w567 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is active and a player has already made a qualifying deposit, the terms in place at the time of deposit will be honoured for that player's current bonus cycle.
All bets on w567 are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The slip confirmation screen shows the bet details and potential payout — you are responsible for reviewing this before confirming. w567 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.
w567 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its discretion. Bets on certain markets may be subject to manual review and acceptance, particularly large stake bets or bets placed close to event start time. Where a bet is not accepted, the stake is returned to the player's balance immediately.
Where odds are clearly published in error — for example where a team available at 1.01 is published at 10.10 due to a pricing feed error — w567 reserves the right to void bets struck at the erroneous price. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been graded as a winner. Bets voided for obvious pricing errors have their stake returned in full.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For PSL and other cricket events, specific tournament rules govern rain-affected matches — these are detailed in the w567 cricket betting rules supplement available on the platform.
In-play betting on w567 is subject to the same general rules as pre-match betting, plus additional provisions. Odds during in-play events are updated continuously and may be suspended at any time. Where connectivity issues prevent a player from confirming a bet before a key match event occurs, w567 cannot guarantee the original odds will remain available. Bets confirmed during a trading suspension period will be voided.
Casino games on w567 — including slots, live dealer table games, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Roulette and all other casino products — are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game itself. These general terms apply in addition to the game-specific rules.
All casino games on w567 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited for fairness. Casino bonus wagering requirements must be met only on eligible casino games. Sports bets placed with a casino bonus do not contribute to casino wagering requirements, and vice versa, unless specifically stated in the promotion terms.
Virtual sports on w567 are computer-generated simulations of sporting events. Outcomes are determined by a certified third-party audited Random Number Generator. The animated visual presentation does not reflect real-world sporting events or real athletes. Virtual sports results have no relationship to real-world sporting outcomes.
Virtual sports events on w567 launch on a fixed schedule — typically every two to four minutes depending on the sport. Once an event has commenced and the betting period has closed, no further bets may be placed on that event. Virtual sports bets settle immediately upon event completion and winnings are credited to your balance in real time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on w567 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:
Where prohibited activity is confirmed, w567 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of the violation, close the account, and retain any balance where it represents proceeds of the prohibited activity. Legitimate deposits not involved in the violation will be returned to the original payment method at w567's discretion.
You may request closure of your w567 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Where closure is requested, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five banking days, subject to KYC being complete. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
w567 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering or underage gambling, the account will be closed immediately and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or deposit for a consecutive period of 12 months. w567 will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email before taking any action on an inactive account. Any real-money balance in an inactive account remains the property of the player and is not forfeited.

w567 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other indirect damages, whether or not w567 was advised of the possibility of such losses. w567 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages and third-party service failures may temporarily affect platform availability. Where a player's active bets are affected by a platform outage, w567 will settle those bets in accordance with the available data at the time and in a manner that is fair to the player.
w567 processes personal data in accordance with the w567 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. w567 does not sell your personal data to third parties. w567 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, w567 will provide at least 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect, either via email notification to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of w567 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect, and your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and w567, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the w567 customer support process. Disputes should be submitted to support@w567.click with a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
w567 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five working days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, alternative dispute resolution options may be pursued through appropriate channels.
